I am a senior, and I interested in the future of RV.

I consoled my mother when the levy did not pass. She simply replied, “Don’t feel sorry for me, feel sorry for the kids”. Education is vital in maintaining a safe track for a successful future. While education is a major part of schooling, the experiences and opportunities that are provided through schooling give us character. I do not think I would be the same person had it not been for the activities I am involved in at River View.

I would never be where I am in life if I weren’t a Black Bear. RV made me the athlete that I am. RV gave me the intelligence that I have. RV gave me the amazing opportunities that I have been offered. RV gave me the heart that I have. RV let me travel across the world. RV helped me go to college. RV helped me become a college athlete. RV gave me a home and gave me pride.

I will always bleed BLACK and GOLD.
