Use the above link to Register Online or follow this link to update your voting address using our paper form (PDF).

To request an absentee ballot:

1. Fill out the following absentee ballot request form;
2. Press the "Open Printer Friendly PDF" button and verify you've entered your correct information (if you made a mistake, you can edit your information directly on the PDF);
3. Print the PDF, sign, put the completed form in an envelope with correct postage and mail it to your county board of elections (follow this link for a county board of elections directory)
